General FAQs
We love all types of events! From corporate to weddings, private parties, family gatherings, we do it all.
Fill out our contact form so we put together a menu to suit your individual needs.
Yes, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required in order to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event date.
For both takeaway orders and events we would always recommend placing your order or booking our services as soon as possible to ensure availability for your desired date.
For takeaway platters, we'd need your order in by 5pm on Thursday to ensure a slot for the weekend.
If your event is within the next 5 days then we'd charge a 10% express fee of your balance to cover the additional costs we'd incur for the event.
Our delivery & collection for our takeaway platters is available every Saturday & Sunday.
We deliver up to 35 miles from our base in Essex for our takeaway platters.
Yes, we offer a variety of dietary options, including vegetarian and vegan options. We are currently working on gluten-free and dairy-free dishes so please bare with us.

All our food items are prepared in a kitchen that handles all main allergens.
We will always try our utmost best to accommodate allergies, however, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please do let us know if there is a specific allergy or dietary requirement to be aware of.
Yes are fully registered and insured. Our team have up to date food hygiene and health & safety training and any equipment we bring to your location is fully PAT tested.
We have a evening service fee that kicks in at 8pm with the fee starting at £30 per hour. Staff transportation would also be added after 11pm to ensure the team members get home safely after the event.
Postal boxes
Our Postal Boxes are made fresh to order and delivered to you every Tuesday & Friday via Next Day Delivery between 8am - 6pm.
Pre-order by 8pm Sunday for Tuesday delivery and 8pm Wednesday for Friday delivery.
We currently only ship within the Mainland UK.
Not to worry! We use food grade insulated pouches to keep your snacks as cool as possible during transit & delivery to ensure it's safe to eat when you receive it.
Just make sure to update our delivery partners where to safely place your box using the shipping number we send once your order has been placed.
Once your box has been shipped, you'll receive an email from our delivery partners and from us with a shipping tracking number which you can use to check he current status of your box.
Please note, our delivery partners will deliver your package within the hours of 8am-6pm.
All your treats are made fresh on the day of delivery so are best eaten on the day you receive your box. We provide handy storage and reheating instructions for your air fryer and oven.
The puff puff and meat pies can be refrigerated until ready to consume and best consumed within 3 days of receipt. Please do not refreeze.
