The sooner, the better! Our dates do get booked quite quickly so we always advise to get your events locked in to avoid disappointment.

Any bookings within 5 days of the event date would subject to an additional 10% express fee. This is to cover any express delivery and supplier costs we would incur.

Our delivery charge for our takeaway service is dependent on the distance from our base in Basildon, Essex to your desired location. We deliver up to a 35 mile radius.

Yes, all bookings require a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure the event date with us. We would require the balance to be paid 7 days prior to the event date.

Yes, we are registered as a Limited Company and we are fully insured. We also have up to date Health & Safety and Food Hygiene training certificates to provide assurance of the amazing standards we uphold.

Oh yes! Just inform us of your dietary requirements during the booking process and we'd be more than happy to accommodate your requests.

Yes, we have an evening service fee which kicks in at 8pm. This fee is based on the event location, end time of service and overall transportation costs to ensure our team members safety after the event.

Postal Boxes

Our Postal Boxes are delivered to you every Tuesday & Friday between 8am - 6pm. Our delivery partners will send you a text or email just before they arrive at your doorstep.

Orders must be made by 8pm Sunday for Tuesday delivery and 8pm Wednesday for Friday delivery.

Please contact us at Support@Snackatizer.co.uk if your order hasn’t arrived four days after shipping.

Not to worry! Your snacks are packaged in a food safe thermal pouch within a recyclable cardboard box that will ensure an optimal cool temperature during transit & after delivery.

You can advise our delivery partners of where to place your box with the delivery reference number we send to you if you're not at home.

Why yes of course! We can add in a free handwritten message in your gift order. Just type your message in the special request box at checkout.

All items within the box are best enjoyed on the day you receive them.

We provide handy reheating information so you can enjoy your snacks at their best.

They can be stored in the fridge for a maximum of three days. Please do not refreeze.

Please ensure that you or someone you have appointed is available to receive your order on the day of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for an attempted delivery when no one is around. We also cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses provided.
